Marilyn “Joyce” Moulds, age 76, of St. Louis Park passed away September 15, 2007 at Park Health and Rehabilitation Center. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 19th atSTRIKE FUNERAL HOME – ISANTI CHAPEL. A visitation will be held from 4:00 – 8:00 PM on Tuesday, September 18th at Strike Funeral Home – Isanti Chapel and also 1 hour prior to the funeral Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Isanti Union Cemetery.
Marilyn Joyce Moulds was born November 26, 1930 in Little Fork, Minnesota, to Reuben and Gertrude Poynter. She was raised in the Little Fork area. Joyce later moved to International Falls for several years. In 1965 she moved to Minneapolis and she has lived in Minneapolis and suburbs since that time. She especially enjoyed her family and grandchildren and she also loved playing cards.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Ashley; brother, Sam; and sister, Patricia.
She is survived by her 5 children, Ronald Moulds and Paula Ostrom of East Bethel, Tom (Lori) Lahr-Moulds of St. Cloud, Debra Moulds of Fridley, James (Diane) Moulds of East Bethel, Lance Moulds and Gina Moore of Robbinsdale; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Reuben Poynter of Rhode Island, George (Darlene) Teska of Mountain Iron, David Teska of Cook; by 2 sisters, Jean (Bill) Kane of Arden Hills, Sharon Diver of Cloquet; and by many other relatives and friends.
