David John Warden, age 54, of Isanti died June 21, 2011 at his home. Memorial serviceswill be held at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 26th at Calvary BaptistChurch in Cambridge with Rev. David Gerhardt officiating. Interment will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
David John Warden was born October 14, 1956 in Robbinsdale to Dean and Mary Warden. The family lived in Coon Rapids and later moved to St. Francis. David served a short time in the Navy. He then attended school for landscaping and golf courses. David married Gerry Welliver on August 2, 1989 and they made their home in rural Isanti. He was employed by ACE Solid Waste Management until he was disabled. He enjoyed gardening, both vegetable and flower gardening, fishing, woodworking and playing cribbage.
David Warden died at his home on June 21, 2011 after a battle with cancer at the age of 54 years, 8 months and 7 days. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary.
David is survived by his wife, Gerry; 2 sons, David (Becky) Warden, Jesse (Katy) Warden; daughter, Miranda Warden and fiance, Tim; step-daughter, Terry Lynn (Dalyn) Whittlef; 2 grandchildren; parents, Dean and Dee Warden; brother, Donald (Debbie) Warden; sister, Susan Warden and Mark Cook; special friend, Tom (Susie) Johnson; and by other relatives and friends.
