Our sympathy to you and to your family.  Please call us day or night.  We can answer any questions you have, arrange to bring your loved one into our care, and set a time for you to come to the funeral home and start making arrangements.

Note that the legal next of kin will need to authorize anything to be done unless the person had pre-planned legally acceptable paperwork for their own arrangements.
