Lorraine Renz, age 82, of Cambridge died July 9, 2011 at her home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Cambridge with Father James David Hahn as Celebrant. Visitation 1 hour prior at church. Interment will be in Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
Lorraine Mary Renz was born January 17, 1929 in Minneapolis to Michael and Anna Sendecky. She was raised and lived in Minneapolis. On November 1, 1946 she married Kenneth Renz and they made their home in south Minneapolis. They moved to Cambridge around 2003. Lorraine was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Cambridge.
Lorraine Renz died July 9, 2011 at her home at the age of 82 years, 5 months and 22 days. Besides her parents, Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband, Ken in 2006; son, Steven; sister, Anna; brother, Mike; and by her beloved dog, “Freckles”.
She is survived by one daughter, Kathy (Bill) Bulow; two sons, Mike (Sandy) Renz and Jim Renz; one brother, Tom (Lorraine) Sendecky; five grandchildren, Billy (Leslie) Bulow, Brenda Bulow, Tim Renz, Tom (Kathleen) Renz, David (Gretchen) Bradley; five great-grandchildren, Billy’s girls, Jozlyn, Jayla and Jeresa and Tom’s kids, Jackson and Madison; and by other relatives and friends.
