Jerry Miller, age 73, of East Bethel died November 26, 2012 at Fairview Northland Hospital in Princeton. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, November 30, 2012 at Oak Haven Church in Ham Lake with Pastors Tim Walker and Fred Tuma officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before the service at church on Friday. Interment will be in Oak Leaf Cemetery in East Bethel.
Jerry Miller was born June 9, 1939 in Jonesboro, Indiana to Clark and Lucy (Davis) Miller. He was raised and lived his early years in Jonesboro. He moved to Minneapolis in the early 1960’s. On December 4, 1965 he married Elaine Mauer in Milaca and they made their home in East Bethel. Jerry was a member of Oak Haven Church in Ham Lake. He worked at Graco in Minneapolis and then at McKinley School in Ham Lake. Jerry has been a resident of the Elim Home in Milaca for the past five years. In earlier years he enjoyed fishing, gardening, cooking and baking pies.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Donna and Mary Catherine; 4 brothers, Wesley, Bill, James and Jack. Jerry is survived by his wife, Elaine of East Bethel; 2 children, Patty (Todd) Fenton of Ham Lake; Dan (Marcie) Miller of Stacy; 5 grandchildren, Christina, Briana, Faith, Behrant and Vinny; 1 great-granddaughter, Annabelle; and by many other relatives and friends.
