Kenneth Schnapp, age 67, died October 3, 2013 at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, October 7th at Strike Funeral Home – Isanti Chapel with Rev. Jim Crecelius officiating. A time to visit will be hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Isanti Union Cemetery.
Kenneth Robert Schnapp was born April 24, 1946 in Madison, Wisconsin to Stanford and Virginia (Tiffany) Schnapp. He was raised in Coon Rapids. Kenneth has made his home in Blaine for many years. He owned and operated Schnapp Plumbing and Heating, Inc. in Blaine. Kenneth served in the Navy and was a member of the American Legion Post in Coon Rapids and the VFW in Blaine. He had many interests including golfing, fishing, hunting, demolition derbies, restoring cars, 4 wheeling and trap shooting. Kenneth was always willing to help anyone out with their problems and will be deeply missed.
Kenneth died October 3, 2013 at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids at the age of 67 years, 5 months and 9 days.
Kenneth is survived by 5 children, Tracy Schnapp of Princeton, Dawn (David) Chambliss of Zimmerman, Kelli Kane of Isanti, Kristy (Tom) Gunderson of Isanti, Kenneth Schnapp, II of Cambridge; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; father, Stanford Schnapp of Willow River; 2 sisters, Vicki Caroon of Mora, Barbara (John) Tesser of Wisconsin Rapids; and by many other relatives and friends.
