Dale Welsand, age 89, died May 3, 2015 at Golden Livingcenter in Hopkins. Visitation will be from 11 AM – 12 Noon on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at our Isanti Chapel. A graveside service will be held at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, Assembly Area #3, at 2 PM on Wednesday, May 6th, with Rev. Howard Skulstad officiating.
