Nancy A. Bouley (Warn)
Nancy was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on September 26, 1939, to James and Evelyn Warn. She had four siblings – Jimmy, Jean, Patty and Billy.
Nancy grew up in Minneapolis and attended South High School. She met the love of her life, Dick, as a teenager. She would go on to marry him and spend the next 57 years of her life with him. Nancy and Dick had three children – Rick, Kim, and Ami.
Nancy spent her life taking care of her family. Along with keeping the cleanest house in Minneapolis, Nancy worked part-time at “The Diner” in South Minneapolis to supplement her love of BINGO. You could find her playing every week on 34th Avenue, hoping to hit the big cover-all.
Nancy and Dick spent many summers in Isle, Minnesota, enjoying Lake Mille Lacs with friends and family. Nancy could sit on the veranda and look at the lake for hours at a time. This was truly her “happy place”. Along with summers in Isle, Nancy and Dick spent twenty-one winters in Brownsville, Texas. These were also some of her happiest times – enjoying the beaches on South Padre Island, wandering around Mexico and visiting with friends.
When not travelling, Nancy loved caring for and spending time with her grandchildren; all of whom she loved fiercely. She could also be found haunting the casinos with her best friend and sister, Patty.
Nancy passed away at home on September 12, 2016. The family would like to thank the caregivers of Allina Hospice for all the loving care she received in her last months of life.
