Kevin Eicher, Sr., age 56, of Isanti died November 11, 2018 at his home. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 17th at Oxlip Evangelical Free Church, Isanti, with visitation beginning 1 hour prior to the service.
Kevin Francis Eicher, Sr. was born December 5, 1961 in Buffalo, Minnesota, to Francis and Mavis (Mason) Eicher. He was raised in the St. Michael/Buffalo/Monticello area and graduated from Buffalo High School. Kevin married Michele Nielsen on November 16, 1990 and they lived most of their married life in East Bethel. In 2013 they moved to Isanti. He had a large love for his family, chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin pie. Kevin was a “fix-it” man who loved his garage and could fix and maintain most anything. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, Monday night wrestling, NHRA drag racing and claimed to be a “retired” fisherman.
Kevin died on November 11, 2018 at his home at the age of 56 years. He is survived by his wife, Michele of Isanti; 4 children, Kevin Eicher, Jr. of Isanti, Melissa Eicher of Isanti, Wendi Hanson of Ham Lake, Ashley Eicher of St. Paul; 5 grandchildren; 1 sister, Benita (Rick) Wright of Montrose; step-mother, Rochelle Eicher of Burnsville; mother and father-in-law, Marlene and Neal Nielsen of Big Lake; many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
