Richard “Dick” Imker, age 69, of Isanti died September 4, 2021 at Prairie Senior Cottages in Isanti. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 5 – 7 P.M. Thursday, September 9th at Strike Life Tributes in Isanti.
Richard “Dick” Imker was born on December 2, 1951 in Springfield, MN and grew up in Lamberton, MN. He was a carpenter by trade and spent most of his life in the construction industry. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time in his vegetable garden. He also loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was very easy going, quiet, and shy. Never a harsh word for anyone.
Dick passed away September 4, 2021 at Prairie Senior Cottages in Isanti at the age of 69 years, 9 months and 2 days. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Judy; by his son, Chip; parents, Lester and Donna Imker; sister, Julie Panitzke; and brother, Joe Imker.
He is survived by his children, Chad (Rachel), Chip’s spouse Kris, Chuck (Susan); stepchildren, Tom Lone (Tracy), Jennifer Grant (Lindsey), Kurtis Parlin (Donna); by his grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
