Lorraine H. Wolfe, age 78, of Rush City and formerly of Cambridge died January 17, 2022 at The Estates at St. Louis Park. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 25th at Strike Life Tributes in Cambridge. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral Tuesday. Interment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
Lorraine Helen Wolfe was born October 31, 1943 in Braham, Minnesota to William and Helen (Dahlberg) Schindeldecker. She attended school in Rosemount, Minnesota and graduated from Rosemount High School in 1961. On September 15, 1972 she was married to William “Bill” Wolfe in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. They made their home in Big Lake, MN for 12 years and in Cambridge for 30 years. Lorraine was a caregiver and enjoyed taking care of her mother as she aged. She was a devoted daughter, loving wife and mother. She enjoyed living in the country and having family get togethers.
Lorraine died January 17, 2022 at The Estates at St. Louis Park at the age of 78 years. Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents, William and Helen Schindeldecker and brothers, Howard, Richard, Maynard, Leonard and Edward Schindeldecker.
She is survived by her husband, Bill; son, Jerome Lytle; brothers, Bernard and David (Lydia) Schindeldecker; sisters, Marian (Jack) Hansen, Margaret Brown, and Linda (Dave) Matheson; and by other relatives and friends.
