Janet “Jan” J. Anderson 90 year old resident of Isanti, MN passed away May 20, 2025 at GracePointe Crossing in Cambridge, MN. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Strike Life Tributes in CAMBRIDGE. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at North Isanti Baptist Cemetery in Cambridge.
Jan was born on March 9, 1935 in Isanti to Louis and Mary Lindell. She was united in marriage to Lee Anderson on November 7, 1953. They made their home in Blaine, MN until moving to Isanti in 1968. The couple were active members of Country Roads Church in rural Stacy, MN for many years. Jan loved baking and hosting holidays. She truly enjoyed visiting and having company. Jan spent many hours enjoying time with her cat, Precious.
Jan is survived by her children, Roger (Dona) Anderson, Sheila (Danny) Grams, Gregory (Debra) Anderson, Michelle (Greg) Becker, Lona Hill; 12 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; sisters, Marbel Peterson, Bernice Munson, Ruth Dahlman, Beverly Hedin, and Joyce Priebe.
