Although Susan has passed on, she will always live in our memories and in our hearts.
My Auntie Sue was a truly remarkable woman loving, kind, and giving. Her memory will forever be etched in my heart. I cherish the holidays she made so special for us, whether it was Thanksgiving, Christmas, or Easter. She always prepared the best food, turkey, pies, and potato salads, along with thoughtful gifts and warm kisses.
I fondly remember the lunches she packed for me when I got to work with Uncle Bob. Those ham sandwiches were the best I’ve ever had, paired with ice-cold drinks that made the hard work enjoyable. And upon returning home, she would greet me with a big hug, always asking if I needed anything, making me feel happy and at home.
Her unwavering support during my transition out of the military meant the world to me. She welcomed me into her home, providing me with a room and a job right away. I will always remember her strength and the enduring love she shared. Auntie Sue was not just a role model; she was a friend, a mother, and a wellspring of endless support and love.
I remember Sue from when I was a young child. She was always so nice to everyone. My deepest condolences to her family.
My sister Susie’s unwavering support of me and mine in loves ups and downs was full of unconditional love … Her acceptance of her wayward bothers love and loved ones was nonjudgemental and forgiving… Susie carried on after our mom and dad passed away with all of our German family traditions opening her house and sharing her family fun and food during the Holidays… Our shared times together with the fields family will never be forgotten… Thank you Bob and Danny and Ben for your dedicated support for my valiant sister … God willing we will be visiting you all again in the near future … KHIM
I have so many warm memories of my Auntie. She was a beautiful lady, inside & out. She always welcomed me with open arms any time I visited her & the family. Anytime we went anywhere with her, people gravitated towards her kind smile her lightheartedness & her quick wit. She had a spunky personality & a heart of gold! She always put together such delicious meals at Thanksgiving & christmas and i will always think of her during those holidays and remember the good times I shared with her. I cherish all of the times we have spent together over the years so much. I am forever grateful to Bob & my cousins Ben & Danny for taking such wonderful care of her during her illness. They were so dedicated & loving. I wish the family so much love during this difficult time in their lives. Susie will be greatly missed but never forgotten by those whose lives she touched.
