Dustin was born on December 16, 1981, in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. He attended school in St. Francis, where he built an early foundation of teamwork and discipline through wrestling and baseball. This commitment would carry over into his professional life as the owner of his own construction company. He was known for his relentless work ethic and dedication to excellence, always working hard to build every project to perfection.
Dustin embraced life with a zest for speed and flavor. He loved the freedom of the open road, often found riding his motorcycle with family and friends, making memories that spanned state lines. In recent years, he discovered a newfound passion for cooking, enthusiastically learning new techniques and experimenting with different spices to perfect a dish.
While he took great pride in his work and hobbies, the title that brought him the most profound joy was being an uncle. His heart swelled with love and pride for his many nieces and nephews: Teanna King (Rich), Matthew (Marissa) Njos, Anesia King (Colton), Megan Duval (Joe), Kristena King (Kohl), Paige Luitjens, Colby Njos (Kallie), Kenzie Njos, Lainey Njos, Kaitlin King, Jaleia (Jonathan) Owens, and Ella Luitjens, Zoey Funk, Jacob, Haven, Chris, Paislee, Hattie-Mae Svoboda, and many great nieces and nephews.
Dustin is lovingly survived by his wife, Candi, and his father, Steve King.
