Gary Paul Miller, age 65, of Cambridge died peacefully at his home Oct. 9, 2025. A private family memorial will be held.
Gary was born to Wes and Marilyn (Voxland) Miller of West Concord, MN where he grew up. He was involved in football, basketball, and track in high school and also played and umpired softball. He was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame for his athletic achievements.
Gary attended St. Cloud State University on a football scholarship. He met his wife, Karen Grider there in 1979, and they married in 1983. He made life-long friends there.
He was a science teacher for 3 years in Kasson-Mantorville, then made a career move to pharmaceutical sales for Proctor and Gamble, and eventually to medical device sales and management at DSI and TSE. He loved to golf with the guys at Como. He retired and spent time with family and grandkids.
Survived by wife, Karen; children, Kate (Heath) Marnach and Corbin (Destiny) Miller; grandchildren, Brea, Bennett, Sadie, Weston and Colton; siblings, Carol Miller, Mike Miller (Susan Goode), Wayne (Judy) Miller, Nancy Miller (Paul Spika); and niece, Braden and her daughter, Audrey, and many friends and relatives.
So sorry for your loss! Thoughts and prayers to you all! 🙏🫂
I volunteered at the same desk as Gary did and enjoyed visiting with him when I’d see him when he was volunteering. Found out he knew relatives of mine in Kenyon, MN when he was younger. He’ll be missed. Sympathy to the family.
