David Stephen Greskovics, age 56, of East Bethel died June 14, 2007 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at Long Lake Lutheran Church with Rev. Howard Skulstad officiating. A visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Monday, June 18th at Strike Funeral Home – Isanti Chapel. Interment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
David Stephen Greskovics was born September 4, 1950 in Minneapolis to Stephen and Milos Greskovics. He was raised in the Minneapolis area and graduated from Minnetonka High School. He then attended the University of Minnesota. David served in the Air Force for 4 years and served in Vietnam as a helicopter mechanic. On July 14, 1979 he married Catherine Dousette in Deep Haven and they made their home in Minnetonka for 5 years before moving to East Bethel. David was employed by Micro Group in Bethel. He was a pilot and he loved flying. He also enjoyed nature, being outdoors and fishing and hunting with his son.
David is survived by his wife, Catherine; 3 children, Stephanie, Joseph and Katie Ann and 1 granddaughter, Kalin all of East Bethel; mother, Milos Greskovics of Minnetonka; 3 sisters, Sally (Roger) Schultz of Glencoe, Judy (Lane) Medcalf of Connecticut, Bette Smith of Deep Haven; and by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Dave was a quiet man. that use to scare me as a kid. few knew him and it took me some time to know him myself. he was a great father, husband and friend. I looked up to him. he worked hard and for the family he loved so much. I will miss him. Thanks for letting me visit as much as I did Dave. I had some great times with you and your family.
