Dear Ms. Woodiwiss,
I wanted to extend my deepest sympathy on the loss of your son. As a parent, I can only begin to imagine the utter heartbreak of losing a child. I was exploring the internet looking for information on your forthcoming book when I came across the news about Dorren. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. You have brought so much joy to my life (not to mention spark to my marriage!) through your books over the last 30 years, that I would be remiss not to remember you in my prayers during this sad time.
With heartfelt condolences,
