David Alan Gustafson, age 56, of rural Princeton passed away October 30, 2007at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 3, 2007at First Baptist Church in Cambridge with Pastor Bill Berg officiating. A visitation will be held 4:00-8:00 P.M. on Friday, November 2 at our Cambridge Chapel andalso one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Nichols Cemetery in Bradford.
David Alan Gustafson was born April 29, 1951 at Minneapolis, Minnesota to Harold and Florence (Middleton) Gustafson. He was raised in Minneapolis and graduated from Patrick Henry High School. Dave later studied at St. Cloud State where he graduated with Honors. On February 14, 1975 he was united in marriage to Beverly Anderson at Oxlip Evangelical Free Church. They made their home in Zimmerman for 12 years and in rural Princeton for the past 13 years. Dave was employed at Federal Cartridge in Anoka.
Dave was a loving husband who cherished his family. His wife, children, grandchildren, New Hope Community Church family and his faith were central in his life. He also enjoyed Harleys, the guitar, and watching football with the boys. Dave will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
Dave is survived by his wife of 32 years, Beverly; three sons, Zachary (Jessie), Zebulon (Shannon), and Cody (Lorraine); five grandchildren, Alexis, Alayna, Cody, Jonah, and Cadence; two step-grandchildren, Jasmyn and Blake; mother, Florence Gustafson; two brothers, Dennis, and Donald (Jan); one sister, Debra (Paul) Culbertson; by aunts, uncles, many nieces and nephews, and by many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Gustafson; sister-in-law, Georgia; and nephew, Joshua Culbertson.

Dave was a very compassionate Man who loved God and his Family very much! He will be missed for his wisdom, love, stories and laughter!!!
