Laurie and family, We are so sorry about Jim. Happy that is suffering is over, but sad that he is gone. We enjoyed his humor and know that he was a good grandpa to Ty, Wes, and Shay and loved how he kidded around with Jen all the time. All of your visits up to Superior were a good time, not to be forgotten. We’re praying for you and all of your family. Feel comfort in knowing so many people care. He was a great guy!
Love, Jeff, Vicki & Alex (Lee and Beth, too)

Hi Laurie and Jason, I am so sorry for your loss. Cancer is a horrible thing. It is so sad to me to keep seeing obit’s of people I know. We just buried my mom 2 weeks ago and now Jim. I will always remember how friendly he was. He would always give me a great big hug whenever we saw each other which wasn’t too often. I think the last time was at the Creamery. He was a great man who will be missed.
Our heartfelt sympathy to your family during this time. We know this was a long and difficult struggle for you all. Feel blessed that you have good memories and close friends to help you through your loss.

Dear Laurie and family, Jim will remain in my heart always. I know that many will say that he loved everyone but he had a way of making me feel that when I was with him, I was very important to him. It meant so much to me. I always knew that no matter how long it had been since I had seen him, I would always be welcome in your home. Thank you for that and for loving my family as well. He left a legacy of love and generosity and I will miss him deeply. We love you and will be praying for you during this season of loss.
Laurie and family,
The time over the years Jim and I worked totether
are some of my best memories working construction.
We laughed lots and often.
He was truly a good man and am honored to have been called a friend.
God Bless

Jim was a wonderful man, with a huge loving heart and a great sense of humor. (That is something that he never let go even while he was sick!) He is someone that will never be forgotten in our hearts or memories. His legacy will live on forever and is loved by many, many people and will be missed immensely. Remember you not alone during this difficult time, God wouldn’t let that be.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. Let the memories of your days/years together get you all through this difficult time and remember Jim’s journey with God has just begun.
We love you all.
