Dear Foster family
I had the honor of taking care of Gerald while he was in the hospital last. What a dedicated husband & father he was. I learned that during my talks with Violet. He was a fighter, you coud tell. He did not want to leave all those precious to him (friends & family). I hope that Gerry will now rest in peace. He fought such an unfair and grueling battle. He could not of come as far as he did without, especially, Violet. The love you showed him while he was in the hospital was amazing, selfless and strong. Rest & peace to you, Gerry would want that for you.
