Walter H. Johnson, age 24, of Anoka died January 24, 2010 in Minneapolis. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 28th at Our Saviours Lutheran Church in East Bethel. A time for visiting will be held one hour prior to the service at church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Walter Henry Johnson was born April 16, 1985 in Fridley, Minnesota to Ricky and Pamela (Anderson) Johnson. He was raised in Ham Lake and graduated from Blaine High School. Walter loved softball, hunting and fishing. His three year old son, Adam, meant the world to him. Family was very important to Walter and he especially enjoyed game nights with his family. Walter was very knowledgeable and smart on computers. He loved following sports on TV and participating in fantasy football.
Walter Johnson passed away January 24, 2010 in Minneapolis, Minnesota at the age of 24 years, 9 months and 8 days.
He is survived by his son, Adam; parents, Ricky and Pamela Johnson of Anoka; sisters, Cory Kay (Matti) Penttila and children Hannah and Maddox of Ramsey, Katty May (Kevin) Jacobson and children Kody Lee, Kadence and Keira of Lino Lakes; grandparents, Roger and Delores Anderson of Milltown, WI, Richard and Donna Johnson of Cushing, WI; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
