Romelle D. Droel, age 62, of Ham Lake died on April 25, 2010 unexpectedly.Amemorialservice will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, April 30, 2010 at Strike Funeral Home – Isanti Chapel with Pastor Harry Eklund officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Morningside Memorial Gardens.
Romelle Diane Droel was born July 10, 1947 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She grew up in Blaine and graduated from Spring Lake Park High School in 1965. Romelle married Darrel Droel and they had four children, Joey, Timmy, Eddy and Jackie. They were later divorced. Romelle had a passion her whole life for pets. She also loved painting, especially with her grandchildren. Romelle has resided in Ham Lake with her fiancé Dan Larson for the last 15 years.
Romelle Droel passed away April 25, 2010 at her home at the age of 62 years, 9 months and 15 days. She was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Stoll, and brother, Eugene Stoll.
Romelle will be lovingly remembered by her fiancée, Dan; three sons, Eddy Droel of Hudson, Joey (Dawn) Droel of Scandia, Timmy (Heather) Droel of Burnsville; daughter, Jackie (James) McKenzie of Los Angeles, California; mother, Ruth Stoll of Isanti; two brothers, Michael (Christie) Stoll of Ogilvie, Vernie Stoll of Isanti; sister, Rita (Dave) Clark of Isanti; nine grandchildren, Bailee, Jacob, Houston, Broderick, Zachary, Boston, Raleigh, Emma and Carly; and by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews; by other relatives and friends.
