Larry Hammill Jr, age 32, of Bethel, died July 30, 2010 at North Memorial Medical Center as the result of a motorcycle accident. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 4th at Strike Funeral Home – Cambridge Chapel with Pastor Bill Steinke officiating. A visitation will be held two hours prior to the service Wednesday at our Cambridge Chapel. Interment will be in Grasston Union Cemetery.
Larry Richard Hammill Jr. was born August 1, 1977 in Coon Rapids, Minnesota to Larry and Gladys (Gilbertson) Hammill. He was raised and attended school in St. Francis. His interests were riding motorcycle, working on cars, and being with his family and many friends. He also loved playing with his dog, Felony. Larry gave in death as he gave in life. He was an organ donor.
Larry R. Hammill, Jr. died at North Memorial Medical Center as the result of a motorcycle accident at the age of 32 years, 11 months and 29 days. He was preceded in death by infant sister Brenda; grandparents, Ted and Mabel Gilbertson, Clifford and Laura Hammill.
Larry is survived by his mother, Gladys Hammill (Richard Humphrey) of Grasston; father, Larry Hammill, Sr. (Mary Lou Okerstrom) of Ironton; six brothers, Richard Pechia, Ronald (Natalie) Pechia, James (Krissy) Pechia, Alan Hammill, Tom Hammill, and Troy (Heather) Hammill; one sister, Kim Pechia; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; and by many friends.

Larry i can’t understand what happend. I’m having a hard time with this. my memories bring me back to our Gt 80’s and a day of riding meant a night of fixing! We had so much fun.
It was hard for me to hear about your funeral from my Mom. I love you Larry and please always watch over us! I’ll be seeing you Buddy.
