I remember when I met Bill, he was coaching the Centennial A Bantams. After Bill was done coaching I asked hin to join the District 10 Hockey board. Bill worked very hard and gave it his all at every job he did and worked his way to the MN Hockey board where he served many years as V.P. Tournaments. Bill will be remembered for all his hard work for the youth hockey players in MN. Bill also loved riding his Harley he made his first trip to Sturgis with me. I’ll never forget his first ride down Main St. he was in ah, it amazed him. Bill was a man that gave it his all and we will remember Bill for his laugh it was special. Bill can laugh for ever now.

Bill and I met on the D10 Board. I was very lucky that this man and I hit it off right away. We became great friends. Winters in ice arenas and summers on his boat then pontoon on Long Lake.
Bill was always laughing about something.
A truly nice guy has left us. We will miss him more than he will know.

I met Bill when I joined the District 10 board and like with many others a friendship developed. Over the years I enjoyed our chats when we would see each other, but the 2 times I will remember most was when I was able to talk with Bill in March and July of 2009 while I was back in Minnesota. I regret not being able to attend this Saturday but in my heart I will be there. Bill was a kind soul and had even a bigger heart. He will be missed.

Bill was my youth hockey coach through peewees and bantams. He was a great person and coach. I know his influence is one reason for my love of hockey and has lead me into coaching hockey today. I have a lot of great memories. He will be missed
