I am remembering the many times Marge & I would ride bike across the dam down to the Pioneer Park, all the sleep-overs, singing loudly along with Barry Manilow 8-track tapes, then cassettes, all the youth group trips and meetings. Marge was SO creative and put together costumes for us – Raggedy Ann & Andy – we looked great, thanks to Marge. We even went to the prom together. I’m sorry we lost touch over the years. I could not have asked for a better friend to grow up with.
To Paula and the entire Seeger family, my heart aches for you and I pray you will find comfort in the healing arms of Jesus.

To Marjorie’s family
So sorry for your loss. We went to grade school together and were friends until I moved in 4th grade.
It’s never to lose someone so young, but she will always be with us in our memories…

Marge was a character! She was full of energy and loved being “naughty”. She could bring levity to any situation. When you put Marge and Gloria together, you never knew what was going to happen. MAPE has lost a wonderful advocate. God Bless Marge and her family!
Cindy Walhof says

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I met Marge at the School for Women Worker’s in Minnesota last year. We hit it off pretty good. Marge helped me get through that week/weekend, as I was in pain with Plantar Fisoius (?). We made each other laugh, and I say this as I have tears running down my face. I will keep you Larry and family in my thoughts & prayers. God Bless you all.

To Marge’s Family:
I was extremely saddened to hear of Marge’s passing – I’ve known her for many years thru our association with MAPE. I have been less involved with the Board of Directors over the past couple of years, so I hadn’t had a chance to see her much lately – that’s my loss.
I’ve hardly ever met a more “real” person than Marge anywhere else in my life – she was extremely dedicated to her causes, her co-workers and her clients – what a huge loss it is for all of us…
You are all in my thoughts and prayers !!!
God Bless…

To the family and friends of Marge, my heart goes out to you all. With the short time that she was on this earth I know she touched many hearts. May your days be not of sorrow but of loving memories. God bless.
Diane Morris says
I knew Marge through MAPE, from meetings in Walker and Bemidji. She brought smiles and fun to gatherings, but brought forth serious issues and staunchly supported her convictions as well. She will be missed to all whose lives she touched.
Gloria Eslinger says
To Marge:
You are my best friend.
In our friendship through the years we shared our joys, and sorrows, (mainly by cutting up!) Humor and laughter we knew was our greatest ally.
My family became yours, your family became mine. I was your maid of honor, you were my rock, my humor, my support.
You are a part of my heart, and you lived your life in generosity, kindness and love.
Your best buddy, partner in crime- Gloria

To the family of Marge and especially to Bud:
I am so saddened to hear of your loss, my heart goes out to all who knew her. She was so vibrant and full of laughter and humor and creativity. When our days at AGCC were down she always had a way of “ligtening” the mood with her wit. She was a very special person and touched many people. Jeannie

To Marge’s family and husband,
Marge was always a ray of sunshine. She knew how to make you laugh and forget your worries. It was a priviledge to know her. She was a great friend and roommate at college. Although, I didn’t see her much after Augsburg; we have kept in touch all these years through Christmas cards and brief notes here and there. I will love her always and keep her memories in my heart. I pray for peace and understanding for her family and friends. God’s Blessings to you all, Carmen

I offer my sincere sympathy to all of Marge’s family. As a longtime MAPE business agent and executive I knew Marge as a committed, caring, and supportive person and advocate. She was a fun person to be around.
I know she will be missed by all who were touched by her warm fun-loving personality and her support.

I knew Marge from MAPE events, especially the Women’s Caucus. She was a wonderful person and a great union sister. It is a great loss to MAPE, the State of Minnesota and all of the organizations friends and especially her family and close friends. Blessings and comfort to you.
