In Memory of Christin M. Birkholz

Christin Marie Birkholz, age 30, of Isanti died August 7, 2011unexpectedly. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 15th at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in East Bethel with Pastor Dan Nordin officiating. A visitation will be held from 2:00 – 6:00 P.M. Sunday, August 14th at Strike Funeral Home – Isanti Chapel. There will also be a visitation one hour prior to the funeral Monday at the church. Interment will be in West Oak Grove Cemetery. Memories preferred in lieu of flowers.

Christin Marie Birkholz was born September 19, 1980 in Fridley, Minnesota to Steven and Lou Ann (Stewart) Bell. She graduated from St. Francis High School in 1999 and then attended St. Scholastica, graduating in 2003 with highest honors. In her spare time she enjoyed riding and showing horses, especially her horse Odyssey. She loved spending time with her nieces and nephew, family and friends. In 2006 Christin married Tim Birkholz and they had two beautiful children and she gained a fantastic step-son. Christin loved being a mother and wife and she was a wonderful daughter, sister and friend.

Christin Birkholz died August 7th unexpectedly at the age of 30 years, 10 months and 19 days. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Roland Bell.

Christin is survived by her husband, Tim; son, Mason; daughter, Bailey; step-son, Logan; parents, Steven and Lou Ann Bell of Isanti; sister, Cassandra (Damien) Schaub of St. Francis; grandparents, Doris Bell of Cedar, William and Juanita Stewart of Oak Grove; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ed and Carron Birkholz of Forest Lake; brother-in-law, Joe (Jinger) Birkholz of Burnsville; nieces and nephew, Chloe, Annie and Jaxson; many other relatives and friends.
