Daniel & Joanne Fay says
Warne & Zenna were both great friends and neighbors as we all lived in St. Francis, MN and raised our sons there. After we all moved from the area we were not as close as our boys continue to be. Zenna’s passing left a void that now has been enlarged by Warne’s death but both will always be lovingly remembered.
Rest in Peace Warne.

Grandpa Linton was the best Grandpa ever. He was always supportive and loving. He never judged, and he was always quick to forgive. He helped me in every which way. He’s the best role model any one person could ask for. I love him with all my heart and will forever be grateful that he chose me to be his granddaughter. I hope I can make him proud as he watches from Heaven. I love you Gramps. Forever and always. I wish I could have been there for you in the last weeks, instead of so far away in Utah.

To all the family members,
My heart is with you all at this time. Warne was a very special man. he touched us all. I loved seeing him at all the family reunions ever since I was little.
I will be at the visitation next week. If you need anything, please feel free to contact me.
His smile lit up all the reunions. He was so much into family. This was proven by all the work he put into that family history book he wrote for all of us. Such a treasured archive! I keep my copy close by.
Faye Ellen (Bailey) Peterson says
Thanks to Warren for all the work he did to bring us together as family. My brothers and sister (John Bailey, Marsha Bennett and Glenn Bailey) and I all have such wonderful memories of Warren and the family reunions. May everyone’s good memories of Warren give his family comfort when they most miss him.
Kirk Sitterud says
Warren taught special Education students in the Emery County School District for many years. He was a dedicated professional who cared deeply for the students for whom he had care. His kind and gentle manner of teaching helped many struggling students to find success in their educational experience. He was also active in our communities in Emery County. I had the opportunity to associate with him as an administrator in the school district.
May he find peace and may his family be comforted in this time of sorrow.
Kirk Sitterud, Superintendent – Emery County School District – Utah

Warne was a good friend and dedicated to the many responsibilities he took on. He was a hard worker. I enjoyed working with him at our school in Castle Dale, Utah, as well as in our county Republican Party. He enjoyed his work with the Education Foundation (EF) that provided students the oportunity to be exchange students. My daughter was grateful to him for her chance to be a foreign exchange student. Zenna supported Warne in his various activities and worked hard by his side. Warne helped make our world a better place.
Thank you Warne.
