Joyce Ann White, age 64, of Blaine died November 18, 2011 at Unity Hospital in Fridley. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 22nd at Strike Funeral Home – Isanti Chapel with Rev. Howard Skulstad officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Strike Cemetery.
Joyce Ann White was born October 15, 1947 in Rockingham County, Virginia. She was raised and lived her early years in Virginia. Joyce married Roger White and they lived in several locations until moving to Minnesota where they lived most of their married lives. Joyce loved playing several card games and just being with family and friends.
Joyce White died November 18, 2011 at Unity Hospital in Fridley at the age of 64 years, 1 month and 3 days.
Joyce is survived by4 children, Mitchell White and Lisa Michalik of Anoka, Lori White of Blaine, Yvonne (Jim) Fox of Blaine, Thomas White of New Brighton; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Wilmar Roadcap of Waynesboro, Virginia, Gary (Wanda) Madison of Lynchburg, Virginia; 2 sisters, Donna Madison of St. Anthony, Linda (David) Thomas of Afton, Virginia; and by many other relatives and friends.
We remember looking out at the lake early one Saturday
morning and seeing you and Merlin fishing. You didn’t want to wake us. We enjoyed many fishing days with you.
You always brought something good to eat, your pies were the best. We will never forget your laugh and smile.
