Kathleen “Kit” Bergman, age 60, of Isanti died January 31, 2012 at home.A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Long Lake Lutheran Church in rural Isanti with Rev. Matt Flom officiating. A time of visiting will begin 1 hour prior to the service at the church.Interment will be in Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
Kathleen Ann Bergman was born May 12, 1951 in Minneapolis to John and Betty (Jordan) Halloran. She was raised in Richfield and graduated from Richfield High School, Class of 1969. On February 4, 1970 she married Randall Bergman at Fort Snelling. Kit was employed as a waitress and worked at the Creamery Café in Isanti for many years. She especially loved her grandchildren and the family activities. She also enjoyed reading, shopping and traveling.
Kathleen Kit Bergman died January 31, 2012 at her home at the age of 60 years, 8 months and 19 days. Kit was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Michael Halloran.
She is survived by her husband, Randy; 3 children, Heidi (Dan) Vandenheuvel of Isanti, Heather (Mark) Townswick of Columbia Heights, Thomas (Megan) Bergman of Isanti; 7 grandchildren, Cole, Ross, Brady, Graydon, Halloran, Shelby and Trygve; and many other relatives and friends.
