Judy E. Wentzel, age 67, of Minneapolis died March 4, 2013 at home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 8th at Meadow Creek Church, 3037 Bunker Lake Blvd, NW, Andover. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Estes Brook Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to the American Lung Cancer Society, Caring Bridge or to the family.
Judy E. Wentzel was born January 1, 1946 in St. Paul, Minnesota to William and Elsie (Gustafson) Cornelius. She is survived by her husband, Earl; three children, Chad, Kellie (fiancée Jeremy Clegg), Jeremy (fiancée Shelly Kokkeler); six siblings, LuAnn (Delano) Strombeck, Rita (Larry) Anderson, Jean (Dan) Geurkink, Roger (Rhonda) Cornelius, Larry (Joanne) Cornelius, Marlys (Keith) Olson; grandchildren, Krystin (Matt) Fetzer, Hope Clegg and Sophie Shaw; great-grandchildren, David and Daniel Fetzer and one on the way; and many other relatives and friends.
