Debbie Collins, age 58, of Cambridge died January 27, 2014. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 31st at Cedar United Methodist Church with Pastor Grant Tanner officiating. A gathering time will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Nowthen.
Debra Ann Collins was born August 28, 1955 in Anoka, Minnesota to Richard and Beverly (Steinke) Collins.
She is survived by her son, Jason Collins of Cambridge; mother, Bev Bakk (Roger) of Cambridge; three brothers, Duane (Pam) Collins of Cedar, Rick (Nancy) Collins of Cedar, Troy Collins of St. Cloud; five sisters, Cheryl (Randy) Kampa of Cambridge, Janelle (Wayne) Kampa of Isanti, Shannon (Joe) Glenn of Zimmerman, Jenna (Travis) Storms of Rice, Joni (Chan) Collins of Princeton; two grandchildren, Alex and Evangelyne; many close nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a son, Travis Gryczkowski; father, Richard Collins; and brother, Kevin Collins.
I will miss Debbie. I always enjoyed taking care of her. She never felt very good so it always made us feel good inside if we could make her feel a little bit better. We had some really nice talks with her many visits to my department. Blessings, prayers and hugs to your family!
