Todd A. Hammer, age 49, of Isanti died unexpectedly at home March 21, 2014. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 25th at Strike Funeral Home – Isanti Chapel. A time for visiting will be held from 5:00 P.M. until the service.
Todd Alan Hammer was born November 13, 1964 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Lee and Lynda (Asher) Hammer. He was raised in Spring Lake Park and graduated from High School in 1982. Todd married Tina Halvorson August 23, 1997 and they lived in Blaine for a short time before moving to Isanti.
Todd loved being with family, time at his grandma’s cabin, fishing and he also enjoyed sports.
Todd passed away unexpectedly at home March 21, 2014 at the age of 49 years, 4 months and 8 days. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Tina, and four children, Breann, Brayden, Bryce and Brynley; parents, Lee and Lynda Hammer of Spring Lake Park; sister, Kristen Hammer (Dave Ososki) of Blaine; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Wayne and Barb Halvorson of Braham; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Brenda (Paul) Burns of East Bethel, Stacy (Randy) Feiertag of Princeton, Wade Halvorson (Jamie Helget) of Zimmerman; many nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.
Tina – please know you and your family are held in my prayers. These upcoming months will be a blur….embrace the love of family and God’s Grace to help you get through. It is difficult, but accept help from those that offer. HUGS and love…… sudden or known from a long illness, the hole left in your heart on the loss of a spouse is indescribable. God Bless.
