Roy McPherson, Sr., age 85, of Cambridge, formerly of Brainerd died July 15, 2014 at GracePointe Crossing Gables West. A private memorial service will be held up north at a later date. Memorials are suggested to your favorite charity.
Roy was born April 12, 1929 to Roy John and Violet (Peterson) MacPherson in Brainerd.
He is survived by four children, Roy McPherson, Jr. (Dawn Price) of Anoka, Gail MacPherson of Mackinaw, IL, Joel (Marla) McPherson of North Branch and John (Michele) McPherson of Ogilvie; three grandchildren, Judd, Alea and Samantha; one brother, Paul (Carol); two sisters, Jean and Virginia.
Besides his parents, Roy was preceded in death by one brother, Richard.
