Stacie Lynn Thorpe, age 45, of Isanti died July 4, 2014 at University of Minnesota-Fairview Hospital in Minneapolis. The funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. on Tuesday, July 8th at our Isanti Chapel with Pastor Marlin Harris officiating. Friends may call 1 hour before the service on Tuesday. Burial will be in Isanti Union Cemetery.
Stacie Lynn Thorpe was born July 2, 1969 in Fridley to Cletus and Sherry Heiderscheidt. When she was 3 years old the family moved to Dalbo and she would attend Princeton schools. When she was 15 years old the family moved to Mora and Stacie graduated from Mora High School. On March 6, 1998 she married Larry Thorpe and they made their home in Isanti. Stacie worked at Fingerhut in Mora and then at the Cambridge Medical Center for ten years. She loved reading, camping and was a Twins and Vikings fan.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Melissa Heiderscheidt and grandparents, Ann Bishop, Leonard Heiderscheidt, Gordon and Gennevieve Johnson. Stacie is survived by her husband, Larry; 3 children, Kari Flagg of Cambridge, Trent Thorpe of Isanti, Kylie Thorpe of Isanti; 2 grandsons, Isaac and Ian Abraham of Cambridge; parents, Cletus and Sherry Heiderscheidt of Princeton; 2 sisters, Michelle Lichy of Hugo, Stephanie (Brian) Anderson of Mora; and by many other relatives and friends.

Sherry…I am SOOO sorry to hear about your daughter…that is not the way it’s supposed to happen. I understand that Rich and Sarah are heading up to the service this morning, but please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I know how much you will miss her, but I’m sure she touched a lot of lives positively as she went through life.
