I have many fond memories of Sandy. She took me in under her wing when I first started at BG (which really put me at ease) and continued to work with me in many ways. I ended up calling her mom and I think she may have even liked that. ;) After we were done working there, she insisted that I (we) not refer to her as our old boss but just as our friend (which was really easy to get use to). Sandy was a wonderful lady who always thought about helping others in various ways (shoe boxes, rides, visits, prayers, etc…) and absolutely loved the Lord. I am so thankful that she is in His presence right now and in no more pain. It’s a nice reassurance to know that we can see her again one day.
You have my deepest sympathies and you will be in my prayers.
Love, Rachelle

I’ve known Sandy since I was in 7th grade at Cambridge Middle School. I used to ride the bus with her every morning. Her dad was our bus driver also. I can still see her bright smiling face sitting there, usually in one of the first three rows of seats. Some mornings, we would sit together and talk about all sorts of things. If you looked under “sweetheart”, in the dictionary, Sandy’s picture would be shown there. There are people in your life that make a lasting impression on you, and Sandy certainly touched my heart. My thoughts are with the family during this very difficult time. God bless you Sandy, you were already an angel here on earth.

So tell me friend………do angels really {?} carry purses?
