sheila my says
Diane was a very special friend and confidant, always loyal, always there. She was actually my oldest friend, since we first met as babies. We grew up together, shared childhood games and high school secrets.
As adults we didn’t see each other often as I live in California and she in Minnesota, but we kept in touch via phone and email and every time we talked it was as if we had just seen each other yesterday. As I look back on our lives I realize we never once had even the slightest disagreement. We were always in synch. That is rare.
She was honest, dependable and as everyone knows VERY straightforward, a trait I appreciated. I can’t believe she’s gone so soon. I will miss her and remember her with affection always.
Goodbye Diane, and thank you for 67 years of wonderful friendship.
