There’s so much to say about the beauty of Lisa. While we are fully assured that she’s in heaven with her/our wonderful Savior, because of her life given to Jesus and the light in her that was evident of that decision…still there is grieving and sadness that I can’t ignore because she’s not among us now. Our hearts go out to her family, to Phil, Jamie, Austin, parents, sister and many more. I can’t imagine your pain right now, but pray God brings a comfort that cannot be fully explained, yet is felt tangibly. He is with you, understanding the sorrow of losing her so young. I will always remember Lisa with pure joy…she was a light that is rare in this world, a beam of sunshine, a ray of hope and strength, a testimony to what can be found in living with the Lord, daily. Our comfort is found in that we’ll see her again if we too put our trust in Jesus, this isn’t forever. Her joy is times a million now. As is her beauty and life. Thank you Lord, for giving us all Lisa. As she was my Sister in Christ, I’m different because of her for the better. The story of her life…the life she lived, was life-changing.

I only meet Lisa twice. I was privileged to spend two different weekends with her at a Women of Worth conference. Is was so welcoming to me as I am not from the area. Her smile spoke of Jesus. Her joy and love towards others was so evident. Her love and humor will not be forgotten. Only meeting her twice I know she loved her family without a doubt and greatly desired them to love Jesus. As hard as it is to think about because we all want her with us…I know she is will Jesus right now, smiling her huge georgous smile and laughing with our Heavenly Father. Lisa we love you!
