My family and I had the privilege of meeting Joyce about 40 years ago at the Minnesota State Fair. Peter’s was one of our first stops every year and we always looked forward to chatting with her. She was always so kind and friendly. Sympathies to all of Joyce’s family. You will all be in my prayers.
