Janet L. Beard, age 66, of Coon Rapids passed away April 6, 2017 at J.A. Wedum Residential Hospice in Brooklyn Park. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, April 12th at Central Lutheran Church in Elk River.
