Arlene Louise Gilliland, age 90, of Isanti died August 13, 2019 at Prairie Senior Cottages in Isanti. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, AUGUST 24th at Faith Lutheran Church in Isanti. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the the service at the church. Interment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
Arlene Louise Gilliland (Wallace) was born February 24, 1929 in New York Mills, Minnesota to Frank and Louise (Frost) Poser. She loved playing piano, playing cards, making cards and visiting with friends and family. She loved camping at Springvale Campground where she had many special friends.
Arlene passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at the age of 90 years, 5 months and 20 days at Prairie Senior Cottages in Isanti. She is preceded in death by husband, Clarence Wallace and second husband, Theodore and by daughter, Marcia. Survived by daughter, Debra (George) Geiger; grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

I can still remember all the Thanksgiving dinners and various parties over the years. I’m glad I did get to visit her and share some memories

I can just hear her up there now “oh Chick” followed by some kind of back and forth argument. Wonder if their having jello together?
Oh the card games at Springvale were the best. Many of her card buddies have a table reserved for her. Rest In Peace, my friend.
