Dale W. Glass, age 80, of Isanti and formerly of Thief River Falls, died August 17th at Birchwood Health Care Center in Forest Lake. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Friday, August 23rd at Strike Life Tributes in Isanti. Friends may gather one hour prior to the service.
Dale Willis Glass was born May 26, 1939 in Crookston, Minnesota to Roland and Helen (Hedberg) Glass. He attended school in Thief River Falls. Dale later moved to Minneapolis where he met Kathleen Wolf. They were married and were blessed with two children, Todd and Tiffany. Dale worked in the auto parts field and later returned home and worked at Arctic Cat in Thief River Falls. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and hunting. He was a child at heart who could relate well with children. Dale was loved by many children, and other parishioners, at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church in Thief River Falls and at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Isanti. His happiest times were when his grandchildren were born; they meant the world to him. He will be dearly missed.
Dale is survived by his son, Todd (Mona) Glass; daughter, Tiffany (Dave) Miller; brother, Duane (Carole) Glass; three sisters, Nancy Clark, JoAnn (Ellery) Cossalter, and Jeanie (Tom) Lummis; eight grandchildren, Allison, Brooke, Jack, Bailee, Lindsey, Brody, Ryan and Cassy; and by other relatives and friends.

May God’s everlasting peace give you the comfort you need! God bless you and your family. I loved hearing that Dale would pray out “My precious Lord Jesus”. Dale is home now! Although I did not know Dale personally I know that he touched the lives of my children, Ryan and Cassy, in a special way.
