Patricia J. Nielsen, age 82, of Isanti died September 2, 2020 at GracePointe Crossing The Gables. A memorial visitation to honor her life will be held from 1 – 4 PM Saturday, September 5th at Strike Life Tributes in Isanti. Interment will be in St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Cemetery in Osseo at a later date.
Pat (Kidd) Nielsen, age 82, passed away on September 2, 2020 at GracePointe Crossing in Cambridge.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Jane Kidd of Osseo; brother, Bob Kidd and sister, Eleanor Waddell.
Survived by sister, Marj Haff; her children, Rusty Nielsen and wife JoAnn; Michael Nielsen; Joe Nielsen; Kathy Carlson and husband Chad; 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Pat was a graduate of Osseo High School and graduated from St. Cloud School of Nursing. Pat was proud to be of service to her many patients during her long career as a registered nurse.
May her spirit be at peace in a blueberry patch, catching sunnies and agate hunting on the North Shore.
Really enjoyed Pat at the State Hospital! Also enjoyed picking blueberries near Echo Lake with her many years ago. My wife, daughter and I were sworn to secrecy! I remember she won best pie at Braham Pie days several years ago using some fresh wild blueberries! We rented a cabin next to her in Lake Vermilion one year. She was a lovely and lively lady.
