Oh Kari Bear,
We talked about this, and as much as I hate having to write these words…I’m hoping you’ve finally found your peace and are reunited with all the loved ones I know you missed so desperately.
I will miss your humor, and the smile that could light up a room.
I will forever remember the glove taped to the computer for your empty sunflower shells.
I will reflect on all the talks over the years of the things that made you happy, sad, and upset. Things that made your heart happy, and those that made your heart cry.
We had some great times, and always managed to do the best we could with the situation and tools we were given.
Most of all I will remember your laughter and how in the wee hours of the morning, after a long shift, we found just about everything funny, and very often giggled until we cried….and how often that ended in hog piling Chad (I think he took shifts with ours, because he truly enjoyed it 😁).
Rest easy Kari Bear.
You will be missed and never ever forgotten.
