Dean Lawrence Anderson, age 62, of Linwood, died unexpectedly at home July 18, 2021. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 4 – 7 PM Friday, JULY 30th at Strike Life Tributes in Isanti.
Dean Lawrence Anderson was born April 14, 1959 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Arvid and Dorothy (Cole) Anderson. He was raised and attended school in Minneapolis. Dean met Gail Loftus at a young age and they were blessed with two children, Aleasha and Bret. Dean loved the lake and worked in the marine field. He has made his home in Linwood for the last 30 years.
Dean was always active with his kids, being involved with Motocross racing, BMX racing, downhill skiing and tubing and waterskiing. Dean was a trickster on the boat, an excellent slalom skier, he had a lot of fun and was a second father to many. He also liked to tinker on anything. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Dean passed away unexpectedly July 18, 2021 at home at the age of 62 years. He is survived by his daughter, Aleasha Londgren (Kelley Klebs), son, Bret Anderson (Malika Nelson); sister, Debbie Morrison; brother, David (Sherri) Anderson; grandchildren, Marysa, Masyn and Max; life-long friend and kids mother, Gail Loftus; nieces and nephews, Stacy, Jacob (Dean’s Godson), Sarah, Kendall, Travis, Brittney and Kaylee; and by many other relatives and friends.

Uncle Dean was such a great guy. Anytime I seen him he always talked about his children, my cousins Bret and Aleasha. He was so proud of them and loved them so much. May you both know how much your dad loved you and and even though you may have lost him physically, you both have a beautiful angel above to continue to watch over you and guide you. 💞💞💞

Dean has been like a second father to me for years. I remember getting off the bus at dean’s road to go check him out before we all would go home. I saw dean a few days before and he was telling me how proud he was of Brett with his job his face was lite up until we meet again rest easy my friend
