Amanda VanGrinsven, age 32, of Isanti was taken from us recently. Memorial Service and Celebration of Life information will follow at a later time.
Amanda Jo VanGrinsven was born March 4, 1989 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to David and Kimberly (Parker) VanGrinsven. She grew up in Isanti and graduated from Cambridge-Isanti High School. She worked at Subway, TE, and the Isanti VFW in her adult life.
Amanda loved hunting, music and spending time with friends and family. The color pink and camo were her style when it came to fashion. She had a soft spot for animals, always spending quality time with the family dogs Buddy and Sammy. Family was important to her, she was a “mama hen” and was always there for anyone. She especially enjoyed spending one on one time with her nieces and nephews and her father.
Amanda will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Kim and David; three siblings, Jennifer (Jason) Plowman, Holli VanGrinsven, and David VanGrinsven; grandparents, Alphonce and Marge VanGrinsven, and Marion Welage; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Dwayne and Ida Parker.

Hello,
My name is Lacie . I worked with Amanda at TE her mother as well. Amanda was such a sweet person . Sometimes she was blunt but that was her .her personality was so real and she will always be loved and remembered by me. We liked to call each other evil step sisters . She taught me a lot where I worked and we talked often. I’m so sorry to her family I wish you the best and I give you my prayers and my thoughts . I prayed so so hard . My family and friends also prayed. My kids even prayed every night before bed. Our hearts will hurt for awhile but then we will be filled with everlasting love and she will be our angel . We are so sorry for your loss .
With love , ❤️

Hi, I worked with Amanda and her mother at TE Connectivity for years. Amanda was a fun loving honest, good hearted woman. Her legacy will live on forever. I hope that the loved ones she left behind will remember her life and all the great memories she had with them and celebrate her life and the impact she had on all. I love you Amanda and will always remember you and the jokes we told at work, the laughs we had… You will not be forgotten!
