Ward L. Trebby, age 58, of Isanti died August 8, 2021 in Minneapolis. A Celebration of Life will be Sunday, August 15th at Sunrise on Englund Shores from 2:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Ward Lloyd Trebby was born May 4, 1963 in Golden Valley to Wilfrid and Janyce (Michael) Trebby. For many years he owned and operated the House of Rental business with his brother Curt in Champlin. The last 13 years he worked at Metal Craft in Elk River. During this time he also owned and operated his own business – WJM&H Tires and was the Care Taker of the Long Lake Campground. Ward married Lisa (Laurent) and had two sons – Jason and Michael. In 2014, he married Linda Estrem.
Preceded in death by his parents, Wilfrid and Janyce Trebby. Survived by – Loving wife, Linda; children, Jason, Michael (Shelby), Theresa, Tony, Angela, Alexis, Alexander and 13 grandchildren; siblings, Curt (Linda), Lynn (Steven), Brenda (Sheldon) and Dawn; and special friend, Heather Haynes.
Work was Ward’s main hobby – always busy and willing to help anyone out at any time. When he wasn’t working, Ward enjoyed spending time with his close friends and grandchildren on the lake boating, fishing, and tubing. Ward was well known in the Long Lake Community through his business – WJM&H Tires. Those that got to know him grew to love him. Ward’s smile, goofiness, laugh, and personality will be dearly missed.
