Dellis Lange, age 79, of Cambridge died October 25, 2021 at GracePointe Crossing The Gables. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 3 – 5 PM, with a sharing time at 4:45 PM, Saturday, NOVEMBER 6th at Strike Life Tributes in Cambridge.
Dellis Darold Lange was born March 15, 1942 in Pokegama Township, Minnesota to Arthur and Sylvia (Williams) Lange. He grew up in Pine City, Brook Park and Minneapolis. Dellis served in the US Army from 1959 – 1965. On October 11, 1969, Dellis married Shirley Klockmann at Lake of the Isles Lutheran Church. They raised their two daughters in Isanti. Dellis worked as a machinist at Mate Precision Tooling in Anoka. He also was an entrepreneur. He had a jewelry business, a leather business, raised Rheas, and bought and sold property. He enjoyed flying small air planes when he was younger and also enjoyed fishing, hunting, traveling, and playing poker.
Dellis passed away October 25, 2021 at age 79. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley; and siblings, Dennis Lange, Roland Lange and Elaine Johnson. He is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Lange, and Heidi (Tim) Ristow; grandchildren, Brenden, Jordan, EmilyLynn and Xavian; siblings, Janice Dean, Arlys David, Michael Lange, and Sandy Peterson; and by other relatives and friends.

Dellis was always a fun guy and will be missed nearly. Miss those days when we all would get together and play poker and just have fun.

Your Dad had a special place in my heart. When I was 5 he took me to a little fair. He told me he wanted to take a pretty blond niece. I thought oh no he got stuck with me. I asked if he found her and he said it was me. He bought me a american flag and said never let it touch the ground because it was disrespectful. I was clueless.
