Hellen Lavern Phillips, age 68, of Isanti, died November 6, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held from 11 AM – 1 PM Wednesday, November 17th at River Valley Church, 875 Blue Gentian Rd, Suite 100, Eagan, MN 55121. A Repast will then be held from 3 PM – 6 PM at their family home in Isanti.

My mother was an amazing woman. I was always grateful to have her as my mother. God had blessed me with this courageous, talented, jaw dropping woman. I will miss her forever. May she Rest In Peace.
