Nanette “Twink” Lamb, age 66, of Isanti died unexpectedly at home November 11, 2021. A memorial service will be held at 12:00/Noon Saturday, November 20th at Strike Life Tributes in Isanti. A time for visiting will be held one hour prior to the service.
Nanette “Twink” Olson Lamb was born on January 13, 1955 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Kenneth and Earla (Clark) Olson. She grew up in Crystal, and graduated from Cooper High School in 1973.
She met Mark Lamb in North Minneapolis in 1980 on a blind date and they were married on December 19, 1981. They welcomed daughter, Stephany in June 1982 and son, Charles in October 1983.
Twink went to Cosmetology School and worked as a hair stylist for several years before working in the accounting and clerical field. She was skilled in balancing work/family life with amazing love and care. She always enjoyed motorcycling, spending time “up north”, baking, and music, especially the Rolling Stones and Bruce Springsteen. She had a great love for animals, and her dog, Neva, was always by her side. With all her heart, Twink loved being “Nana” to her precious grandchildren, who brought her great joy.
Twink passed away unexpectedly at her home on November 11, 2021 at the age of 66 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Earla (Clark) Olson, and her sisters, Jennie Lamb, and Carlotta Bellfield.
She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her husband, Mark; daughter, Stephany (Chad) Warner; son, Charles (Jessie) Lamb; grandchildren, Benjamin, Lauryn, Grant, Aaliyah and Lillian; and many other dear relatives and special lifelong friends. Special thanks to Louise for sharing over 61 years of friendship, love and good times.
