Larry Josephs says
Patricia Ann “Josephs” Anderson is the oldest daughter of 12 children (8 boys & 4 girls) of William & Freda Josephs, raised on the West Side Flats of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Every one of the family was proud to call her “Sis” as she helped my mother raise us, before meeting her husband Donald and raising 9 kids of their own. “Patsy” as everyone knows her was the closest “clone” of Freda Josephs as anyone could ever be. Her outgoing bubbly personality and her big heart made everyone feel right at home on her farm home in North Branch. Freda passed away at age 89 and Patsy at age 87 turning 88 on January 31, 2022. We will all miss Patsy, and I know her children will carry on her Legacy. May God Bless and rest the souls of Patsy & Andy Anderson.

My husband, Winston and I knew Don and Pat since they were dating. Our children grew up together and many remain friends to this day. Our lives were busy with raising our kids, but Pat always had time for coffee. She is remembered fondly and will be missed. God Bless all her family and friends.
